Design Approval Process

Because every jersey is custom-made to your specifications, we require design approval before production begins. This ensures you get exactly what you want.

  • Work with your designer agent to perfect your design
  • Review and approve the final mockup before production
  • Request unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied
  • Payment is only processed after you approve the design
Important: Once you approve a design for production, changes cannot be made without restarting the order process.

Manufacturing Defects

We take quality seriously. If your jersey arrives with any manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Covered defects include:

  • Printing errors (colors, alignment, missing elements)
  • Stitching or seam defects
  • Material flaws or damage
  • Sizing errors (if different from approved design)

To report a defect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photos showing the defect
  • Include your order number
  • We'll review and process your replacement immediately

Size Exchange Policy

We want your jersey to fit perfectly. If you received the correct size but it doesn't fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Request within 30 days of delivery
  • Jersey is unworn and unwashed
  • All tags still attached
  • Original packaging included

Customer pays return shipping ($15) + new size shipping

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Jersey has been worn or washed
  • Tags removed or damaged
  • More than 30 days since delivery
  • Custom sizing was requested

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after design approval
  • Color or design preferences (if matches approved mockup)
  • Incorrect size (if matches approved specifications)
  • Personal preference or style changes

Exception: We will accept returns for:

  • Manufacturing defects (see above)
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significantly different from approved design
Return Process: All returns must be authorized by our support team. Contact us at support@iplayedx.com before shipping any items back.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving return
  • Refund Initiation: Within 24 hours of approval
  • Refund to Account: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Notification: Email confirmation when refund is processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
