• Designer agent assignment for personalized design assistance
• Custom jersey design and approval process
• Manufacturing and delivery of custom products
• Customer support and order tracking

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use our services
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

3. Design Process and Approval

• You will be assigned a designer agent to assist with your design
• You may request unlimited revisions during the design phase
• You must approve the final design before production begins
• Once approved, design changes cannot be made without restarting the order
• Payment is only charged after design approval

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is due upon design approval
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• All sales are final after production begins

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of original designs you provide
• You grant us license to use your design to create your jersey
• You must own or have rights to all design elements submitted
• You are responsible for ensuring designs don't infringe on trademarks or copyrights
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property rights

6. Prohibited Content

You may not submit designs containing:

• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Trademarked logos or brands without authorization
• Obscene, pornographic, or inappropriate content
• Content that violates any law or regulation

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• International customers are responsible for customs fees and duties

• Custom products are generally non-returnable
