Understanding Your Order Status
Your custom jersey goes through several stages from design to delivery. Here's what each status means:
Design Phase
You're working with your designer agent to create the perfect jersey. This typically takes 2-5 days depending on revisions needed.
Awaiting Approval
Your designer has submitted the final mockup. Review it carefully and approve when ready. You can request changes at this stage.
Payment Processing
Your payment is being processed. Once confirmed, production begins immediately.
In Production
Your jersey is being manufactured! This takes 7-10 business days. Our team is carefully crafting your custom design.
Quality Check
Your jersey is undergoing final quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping.
Shipped
Your jersey is on its way! You'll receive a tracking number to follow your package from our facility to your door.
Delivered
Your custom jersey has arrived! Enjoy your one-of-a-kind design. Please contact us if there are any issues.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your jersey ships, we'll email and text you a tracking number. You can also find it in your dashboard under order details.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment. If there's no update after 3 days, please contact our support team.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address during the design phase. Once production begins, address changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
How long does shipping take?
