International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Canada & Mexico: 7-14 business days - Starting at $24.95
  • Europe & UK: 10-21 business days - Starting at $34.95
  • Asia & Pacific: 14-28 business days - Starting at $39.95
  • Other Regions: 14-35 business days - Contact us for rates

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Production & Processing Time

Because every jersey is custom-made to your exact specifications, we need time to create your masterpiece:

  • Design Approval: Work with your designer until you're 100% satisfied (typically 2-5 days)
  • Production Time: 7-10 business days after design approval
  • Shipping Time: Based on method selected (see above)
Total Timeline: Most customers receive their jerseys 14-21 days from initial signup.

Once your jersey ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS (if provided). You can also track your order status anytime by:

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

  • Include recipient name, street address, city, state/province, and postal code
  • For apartments/units, include the unit number
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for express shipping
  • Verify your address before submitting - we cannot modify addresses after shipment

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:

  • Lost Packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days
  • Damaged Packages: Document damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours
  • Incorrect Address: Additional shipping fees apply for reshipment
  • Refused Delivery: Return shipping fees and 15% restocking fee apply
